Responsibilities Represent prime and super-prime residential properties with professionalism and market insight. Manage client interactions across the full sales cycle: inquiries, viewings, follow-up, negotiation support, and closing coordination. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, briefs, and property insights. Collaborate with senior agents and receive structured mentoring and training. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow internal processes consistently. Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Build strong, long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers. Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Service-oriented mindset and ability to inspire trust. Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up. Ability to learn quickly in a high-performance environment. Professional presence, reliability, and commitment to quality.
