As a Sales Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with our Account Executive to support business development, grow territory presence, and secure patient referrals. You’ll be in the field, building relationships with healthcare providers, and gaining hands-on experience in medical sales. What You’ll Do Grow & Compete: Drive growth by building relationships with providers and helping secure patient referrals. Be in the Field: Travel throughout your assigned territory, developing connections and supporting referral processes. Support the Team: Partner with the Account Executive to ensure smooth referral experiences and patient onboarding. Stay Organized: Maintain reports, track activity, and communicate updates with your team. Learn & Develop: Gain exposure to specialty biologics, infusion therapies, and healthcare sales strategies. Prior sales or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
