Fixed term, Full time What You’ll Do: As a Sales Associate, you will: • Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of the product. • Develop detailed knowledge of the product in order to provide exceptional customer service. • Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do. • Resolve customer complaints promptly. • Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes. • Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities. • Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance.
