REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or offplan property specialist, with a successful track record of closing offplan property deals.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Ethical and professional approach to client interactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Promote Off-Plan Properties:
  • Market new project launches and upcoming developments from top Dubai developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel).
  • Use digital platforms, real estate portals, social media, and personal networks to attract buyers.
  • Client Prospecting and Relationship Building:
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and CRM systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors and end-users by providing continuous updates and market insights.
  • Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:
  • Understand client requirements, investment goals, and budget.
  • Recommend suitable off-plan projects based on client preferences and ROI expectations.
  • Presenting and Explaining Projects:
  • Provide detailed information about project features, payment plans, amenities, handover timelines, and location benefits.
  • Organize site visits and virtual tours where applicable.
  • Negotiation and Sales Closure:
  • Negotiate terms with developers and clients.
  • Guide clients through reservation, booking, and purchase processes.
  • Ensure all paperwork and legal formalities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Market Research and Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on new launches, project updates, developer incentives, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and comparative analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and Dubai Land Department regulations.
  • Assist with registration of Oqood, SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement), and payment schedules.
  • After-Sales Service:
  • Provide clients with ongoing support post-purchase, including construction updates and handover coordination.
  • Maintain relationships for potential future referrals or resales.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the brokerage or developer.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Professional Development:
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, off-plan projects, and sales techniques.
