As we continue to expand, with over 400 units already under management in Cyprus and Greece and beyond, we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Limassol. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in this growth, directly contributing to our expansion by connecting clients with our properties and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industries in Cyprus, and will excel in client relations, negotiation, and relationship-building. Your impact: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via property rental platforms Present and negotiate rental options to potential clients Guide customers through the booking process from start to finish. Manage clients’ contract administration Build and maintain B2B relationships with companies, real estate, and relocation agencies, including face-to-face meetings to strengthen partnerships Welcome and assist walk-in clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable rental options 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service Experience in the hospitality or real estate is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team Strong organizational and time management skills Frequent performance-based sales bonuses Development Opportunities
