Description
Multigate is seeking bold, energetic Sales Associates to be our field sales executives, driving customer acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth across key cities. This is a high-impact, commission-driven role requiring persistence, hustle, and a passion for closing deals by actively engaging potential clients on the ground. You will work closely with Sales Directors to identify, approach, and win over businesses with cross-border payment needs, ensuring they onboard quickly and begin transacting. Success means going out daily to physically engage prospective clients, understanding customer pain points, and turning prospects into loyal customers through personalized selling. Duties/Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage businesses of all sizes, especially SMEs and mid-sized companies, to onboard them as customers. Pitch and close deals actively, using your persuasion skills and product knowledge to grow transaction volumes. Serve as the organization's trusted local sales representative, visit clients regularly, build relationships, and tailor solutions for their FX payment needs. Generate leads, conduct face-to-face meetings, and drive onboarding and first transactions rapidly. Understand client needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to adapt your sales approach dynamically. Collaborate with Sales Directors, Compliance, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and ongoing client support. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM systems and report progress consistently. Travel frequently within assigned territories to maximize coverage and build a strong local presence. 1–3 years in B2B sales, field sales, financial services, or related roles (experience in payments or banking is a plus). Strong understanding of cross-border payments and FX transaction processes. Proven hunter mentality, self-motivated, resilient, persistent, and driven by sales targets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. Strong ownership mentality and does not take no for an answer. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently deliver measurable results - with a focus on outcomes rather than activity reporting. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Proficient with digital tools, CRMs, and lead-tracking software. Ready to travel extensively within your sales territory. Competitive base salary with commission and performance-related incentives.
Responsibilities
Sales Associates will proactively identify and engage businesses to onboard them as customers while pitching and closing deals. They will serve as trusted local representatives, building relationships and tailoring solutions for clients' FX payment needs.
