SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Preferable: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience in related field desirable.
  • Full clean driver’s license.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable as the role may require international travel.
  • Developed sales skills: Pipeline development and management, planning, analyzing, reasoning, problem-solving and influencing.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution sales, specifically focused on lead generation, requirement gathering and qualifying leads.
  • Resilient and persistent mindset to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Netwatch are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to learn. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth and expansion by reaching new customers within your region. Working as part of a focused Team you will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart a rewarding career in sales while making an impact from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads through multiple communication channels
  • Build potential pipeline of customers.
  • Engage in proactive cold calling to identify and develop new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and deliver tailored sales solutions in a dynamic, non-office-based role.
  • Proactively manage Customer relationship issues/concerns so they are successfully resolved.
  • Consult with prospective customers to identify their needs.
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Netwatch products and solutions.
  • Establish growth opportunities, using market and industry knowledge to gain leads.
  • Resolve Customers’ queries and CRMs within agreed expectations and timelines.
  • Provide feedback and insights from clients to improve our offers and services.
  • Support with the preparation of the sales reports and present an analysis of results, sales activity and recommendations on issues, actions, and initiatives with monthly and annual territory analysis.
  • Maximize the use of Salesforce in support of efficient management of sales and renewal of pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders including the Installation and Service Engineers, Communication Hub and IT Dept. to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
  • Direct qualified opportunities to Regional Sales Managers to ensure further development.
