Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer to clients throughout their exciting journey of purchasing a new MOJO home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet and assist visitors to the display home and schedule appointments
  • Support with the day-to-day operations of the display centre
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
  • Handle customer enquiries so they can make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are met
  • Complete sales documentation and paperwork to a high standard and within required timeframe
