We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about animals and customer service to join our team!
Must:
-Report to Manager with any customer/staff concerns
-be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, & weekends
-able to lift 50 lbs
-have retail/customer service experience
-be passionate about animals!
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Cashier (POS) and customer sales
-Maintains high service levels by ensuring key performance goals
-Assist in unloading weekly delivery consisting of both small and large items ( 10-50lbs)
-Sweeping, Dusting, mopping, and other general store cleaning and maintenance
-Take care of animals ( clean cages, feed & water, groom)
- Assist in setting up/taking down monthly displays

Qualifications & Education:
High School Graduate: University or College Degree is a plus
Two years of retail/customer service (required)
Working knowledge of POS an asset
Knowledge of animal nutrition and pet care required
