JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be essential in expanding the reach of our conversational AI solutions by identifying, engaging, and nurturing new business prospects. Working closely with potential clients, you’ll demonstrate the value and potential of AI-enhanced customer engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and enthusiastic about sales and technology, with strong communication skills to support client understanding and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the tech or AI industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems and comfort managing and tracking sales interactions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business leads, focusing on potential clients who could benefit from our conversational AI tools.
  • Present product features and demonstrate the value of our AI solutions, fostering interest and engagement among prospective clients.
  • Work in collaboration with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the active sales pipeline.
  • Accurately track and manage leads, follow-ups, and all sales-related activities within CRM tools.
