We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized store area
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Packaging small orders to ship, be comfortable working with clients by phone
- Be willing to learn our products and their features and benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for customers
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with a Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized store
