Job Description Much Prosperity Trading International Inc. is hiring Sales Associates JOB SUMMARY A Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring the overall performance and smooth operations of the store assigned to them. This includes monitoring sales, maintaining proper display and stock levels, addressing customer concerns, and reporting daily activities and store performance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively promotes and sells products to achieve sales targets by using product knowledge to assist customers and maintaining attractive, organized displays that encourage purchases. Provides friendly and professional assistance to customers by addressing their needs, resolving concerns promptly, and building positive relationships to encourage repeat business. Prepares and submits daily reports on sales, inventory, and store concerns, monitors product performance, and recommends stock replenishment and improvements based on sales data.) Other Responsibilities: Ensure stockroom is well-organized and inventory is properly stored and labeled. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times. Participate in inventory counts and audits when required. Willing to be assigned to a specific store/branch location, subject to change as needed.
