We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing merchants. In this role, you’ll engage prospective and current clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead follow-up to guide them through the sales process from introduction to close. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, referrals, and targeted prospecting efforts. Follow up on marketing-generated leads with urgency and persistence. Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and uncover growth opportunities. Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client objectives. Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines and confidently close sales to meet or exceed established quotas. Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, decision-makers, and qualifying information in our CRM/lead management system. Stay current on product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies to effectively position solutions. Partner cross-functionally to solve problems, improve sales processes, and enhance the client experience. Support the Client Success Manager as needed, including assisting with client inquiries and issue resolution. Requirements What You Bring 2+ years prior sales experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a metrics-driven environment. Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging clients via phone and email. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. High level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of all assigned onboarding and ongoing training programs. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Full-time position (40+ hours per week). Office-based role in a shared or private workspace environment. Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer. Ability to effectively communicate in a high-volume phone environment. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform routine desk-based physical tasks (reaching, bending, pushing, pulling). Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
