We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and merchandising skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.
• Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos and technical sales presentations.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
