QUALIFICATIONS:

• A genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English required; additional languages (esp. Russian) are advantage
• Must be presentable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work on weekends and shifts

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with personalized service
• Understand our brand and styling approach to assist customers effectively
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Support fitting room and cashier operations
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
