QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Location: Based in Toronto, Canada and work out of our office 5-days a week.
  • Experience: You’ve got 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. If you’ve worked at a startup, even better.
  • Proven Track Record: You consistently exceed sales targets. You’ve got the numbers to prove it, and you’re hungry for more.
  • Shark Mentality: You’re not just looking for a job, you’re looking to dominate. The thrill of the chase drives you, and you’ll stop at nothing to close the deal.
  • Communication Skills: You know how to engage prospects, handle objections, and close with confidence. You’re a master at building rapport and turning conversations into sales.
  • Self-Motivated & Relentless: You don’t wait for opportunities to come to you—you create them. Whether it’s through calls, emails, or meetings, you take control and make things happen.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRM systems like HubSpot or Go High Level, and you use them to stay organized and track performance. Technology is your ally in driving efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Hunting: You’ll actively prospect, cold-call, and network to build a strong pipeline of leads. We don’t wait for business to come to us, you’ll hunt down opportunities and create your own success.
  • Drive Results: You set big goals and do whatever it takes to exceed them. For you, hitting quotas isn’t a challenge, it’s the baseline, you’re here to crush them.
  • Relationship Building: You know how to turn one-time clients into repeat business. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships to keep clients engaged and coming back for more.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: When it’s time to pitch, you’ll show prospects exactly how our solutions meet their needs. Your presentations won’t just inform, they’ll excite and persuade.
  • Negotiation & Closing: You’ll be the one who handles objections and closes the deal. For you, a “no” is just another opportunity to negotiate and secure the sale.
  • Market Intelligence: You stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape. That way, you can adjust your strategy to stay ahead and keep closing.
  • Sales Reporting: Using CRM tools, you’ll manage your pipeline and track your results. You’ll keep everyone updated on your progress and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
