Deliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base. Gather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information. Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs. Handle transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism. Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills. Support operations for loss prevention and stock management. Utilize business systems and latest technology effectively. Drive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
