Moving Doors is a tech-enabled property management and flexible living company providing fully furnished, design-led apartments for mid-to long-term stays. Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners. We are currently looking for a part-time Sales Associate to respond to client inquiries during afternoon hours and weekends. (Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 5-9 pm & Saturday-Sunday: 10 am-2 pm) You will play a key role in this growth, directly contributing to our expansion by connecting clients with our properties and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer support and will excel in client relations, negotiation, and relationship-building. Respond to customer inquiries through property rental platforms Present and negotiate rental options to potential customers Assist customers throughout the booking process Manage clients’ contract administration Coordinate and oversee check-ins and check-outs Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry considered a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Greek Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Availability for onsite training during morning hours the first weeks Competitive compensation Bonus scheme Development Opportunities
