JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • To welcome and greet guests
  • To be proactive in assisting guests and co-workers
  • To be energetic and enthusiastic when serving guests
  • To ensure high levels of satisfaction for guests through excellent service
  • To handle enquiries from guests with professionalism
  • To provide advice, recommendations and coordination of merchandises to guests
  • To maintain store tidiness and cleanliness according to the company’s standards
  • To actively promote any in-store campaigns and events
  • To carry out cashiering duties quickly and accurately
  • To participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to, weekly delivery, stock maintenance, stock replenishment and visual merchandising display
  • To complete other duties and obligations as assigned by the company, that is coherent with the job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least completed their tertiary education in any field.
  • To communicate with the guests, proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages will be advantageous.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a retail or travel retail environment will be advantageous.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Able to work retail shift hours as allocated by manager (9am to 6pm, 12pm to 9pm, 1pm to 10pm, 2pm to 11pm)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Have a positive working attitude
  • Is a team player
  • Is a self-motivated worker and able to work independently
  • Able to multitask and handle high guest volume
  • Experience in using Jewel POS systems will be advantageous

Working Schedule:

  • 8-hours shift work (Morning - 9am to 6pm, Mid - 12pm to 9pm, 1pm to 10pm, Afternoon - 2pm to 11pm)
  • Able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
