We’re looking for a Sales Associate who not only has a passion for fashion and customer service but also brings a creative edge with a background in marketing. If you’re someone who can style a customer with confidence and knows how to tell a story through social media, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion
• A background or strong interest in marketing, branding, or social media
• A natural sense of style and a love for helping women feel confident in what they wear
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable presence
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience with Instagram, Canva, or content creation tools is a plus
• Self-starter who can juggle selling on the floor and supporting creative marketing tasks

• Greet and style customers with warmth, confidence, and personalized attention
• Drive in-store sales and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
• Build strong relationships with returning clients and new visitors alike
• Collaborate with our team on in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Capture and create content for social media (e.g., styling reels, flat lays, behind-the-scenes stories)
• Assist in planning and executing boutique events
• Provide feedback on trends and customer insights to inform buying and marketing strategies
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation
