• Responsibilities: This position ensures that customers receive the best possible service and assistance with supplements, health products and sports nutrition to help them better understand and respond to their health and wellness issues.
• Provides excellent customer service, helping customers with questions, locating items, and providing guidance on supplements, health and other products.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of nutritional trends, education, supplements, and other health items in the natural market and in the ever changing world of nutrition.
• Organizing, stocking and merchandising product
• Maintaining overall appearance of the store
• Opening and closing the store
• Answering phones promptly and courteously
• Shipping & receiving orders
• Social media
• Maintaining cleanliness of store/COVID standards
• Helps to achieve required sales goals.
  Ideal Qualifications: You must be excellent in customer service and have a background and knowledge of supplements or be willing to learn from our program and recommendations.
