Our Pineville ReStore is seeking a motivated Sales Associate who is passionate about customer service, teamwork, and making a positive impact in the community. Position Purpose The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Pineville ReStore in achieving sales goals. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to enhance their shopping experience. The Sales Associate represents Habitat’s values and contributes to the store’s overall success. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers and identify their needs to provide helpful product assistance. Maintain strong product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits. Support sales goals by promoting merchandise and upselling when appropriate. Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing. Accurately and efficiently process transactions using the point-of-sale system. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally; escalate as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure a positive work environment. Participate in inventory activities, including restocking and inventory counts. Assist with promotional events to enhance customer engagement and sales. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and security standards.
