Job Description As a Sales Associate, you’ll bring your knowledge of racquet sports and customer service skills to help players find the right gear and advice for their sport. You’ll deliver a standout in-store experience and support the team in maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Whether you’re stringing racquets, recommending shoes, or organizing new arrivals, you’ll play a key role in helping the store run smoothly.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge and passion for racquet sports (tennis, pickleball, squash, or badminton)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL

• High School education or equivalent

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

• Entry to intermediate
