We’re searching for a motivated, people-focused Sales Associate to work alongside one of the Inner West’s leading agents, Filippo D’Arrigo.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you’ll be in the thick of the action every day — learning the craft, building your skills, and setting yourself up to become a top-performing agent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to buyers, sellers, and prospects
• Attending appointments and inspections with Filippo
• Joining appraisals and learning how to win listings
• Assisting with open homes and buyer follow-up
• Building relationships and expanding the client database
• Training and development to become a fully-fledged sales agent

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
