Job Description We are seeking driven, ambitious Sales Associates to help source and close new business across multiple product lines, including commercial real estate loan advisory and financial consulting services. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated by performance-based compensation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build deep expertise in commercial real estate finance. You will receive comprehensive training in AST’s products, real estate finance fundamentals, and proven sales strategies. From day one, you’ll work directly with industry professionals and build lasting relationships with key players in the commercial real estate market. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple AST service offerings Develop and expand relationships with commercial real estate owners, mortgage brokers, and sales brokers Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets, including outbound outreach and closed transactions Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings Maintain and grow a strong professional network within the commercial real estate community Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and solve client needs Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven role Proficiency in English and confidence communicating with senior-level professionals Compensation & Growth First-year commission potential: $75,000–$100,000 Uncapped earning potential with clear performance benchmarks Extensive training, mentorship, and long-term career growth opportunities within a market-leading firm Additional Information BENEFITS: Salary: $35,000 Yearly Base + Commissions We offer a competitive salary package, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
