Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven Sales Associate (Real Estate) to join our on-site team at Heritage Harbor. This role is not like working at a traditional brokerage. Instead, our associates act as lifestyle ambassadors, guiding prospects through a long-term decision to embrace the Harbor lifestyle and connect with our developer and participating builders’ new home opportunities.
If you are passionate about people, confident in guiding buyers through a process, and skilled at both emotional connection and logical justification, this could be the career move for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make cold calls/emails daily to engage prospects and build your pipeline.
  • Nurture long-term leads with consistent follow-up, patience, and persistence.
  • Act as a brand advocate for the Harbor lifestyle — embodying and sharing the resort experience with prospects.
  • Master multiple floor plans and the custom construction process, becoming fluent in materials, timelines, advantages, and design opportunities.
  • Conduct tours of the resort and homes, helping prospects emotionally connect with Heritage Harbor.
  • Write contracts, manage negotiations, and guide clients through successful closings.
  • Work independently while also collaborating effectively with the sales team.
  • Focus primarily on connecting buyers to developer and builder offerings, while occasionally supporting resale activity or marketing initiatives.
