Job Details Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80909 Salary Range: $24.00 - $35.00 Hourly Job Title: Residential Sales Associate Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay Range: $24.00 - $35.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM -5:00 PM (subject to overtime), Rotational Saturday This position will remain open until 12/15/2025, or until the position is filled, whichever is later. Brief Position Summary: Responsible for acquiring sales orders from new and existing residential customers while providing the highest level of comprehensive customer service and maintaining strong profit margins. Benefits, perks, and unique ways we support our employee’s well-being: Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits to full-time employees Options for different medical plans to fit various needs, including a premium plan and a low-cost high deductible plan with HSA 401k with company match Discretionary profit sharing Company paid long-term disability plan and company-paid life insurance Paid Time Off, company awards, and wellness program that includes a gym reimbursement Uniform reimbursements for Warehouse and Driver positions, and a clothing allowance for exclusive, Rampart-branded clothing each year Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities & Duties: Primary: Answer customer phone calls, qualify leads, and follow up on opportunities; approx. 40+ calls a day Promptly and professionally process sales orders, provide product knowledge and advice, and coordinate requested delivery or pickup times Create quotes on a regular basis and follow up on them weekly Call or email local Reps and factories as needed to obtain product knowledge, pricing, spec sheets and product availability Work your open orders daily, both Staged and shipped Administer the highest level of comprehensive customer service by facilitating the quickest delivery possible, maintaining rapport, and promptly troubleshooting issues while presenting a professional image in alignment with Rampart’s values Aid in keeping project’s on schedule by planning and coordinating the procurement and delivery of products to the customer, communicating shipping dates and changes to branch personnel Collaborate with Purchasing for procurement needs Operate ethically in accordance with Rampart’s established systems, policies and procedures As Required: Courteously handle customer returns Ensure warranty requirements and responsibilities are understood by the customer Help the Counter and Kwik Call as needed Assist with customer events and outreach functions Assist loading customer products Maintain currency on product and technical knowledge as well as current construction trends Successfully complete all assigned training within given timeframe Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor Qualifications Education, Skills, Training, & Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Product knowledge Customer service skills Sales experience preferred Physical Requirements: Continuously (67-100% of the day) will be required to sit, talk, repetitively use hands, arms, and legs, and use eye/hand coordination Frequently (34-66% of the day) will be required to sit, stand, walk, and lift or carry 10lbs or less Occasionally (1-33% of the day) will be required to bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push or pull, grasp, use fine manipulation and lift or carry 10-100+ lbs To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
