REQUIREMENTS

• O level and above
• Minimum 3 year in customer service or retail environment.
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
• Fixed Sunday off, 5 days work week, 44 hours per week.
  Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE / SCOPE

The Sales Associate would be responsible for delivering fantastic customer experience to OnTheList members.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome members and assisting new members with the registration process.
• Upsell and promote the Premium Membership as well as online sales platform.
• Proactively approach and assist customers in their shopping experience in the store.
• Build a VIP client base and proactively contact to promote upcoming sales or products.
• Provide an impeccable image for our partnering brands with appealing visual merchandising.
