Hiring; Sales Associate for a high end women’s fashion boutique in Assima area

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in retail or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and its application in retail or sales processes.
• Familiarity with sales software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field is a plus).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
