You will assist customers in choosing the service that’s right for them, informing them of our membership program, and inviting them to relax in our upscale café lobby. This is a role with high customer interaction that adds that bubbly feeling we want our customers to experience. We’re seeking only qualified individuals that are honest, hard-working and like to have fun at work! Responsibilities and Duties Provide the highest level of customer service by interacting with customers and boosting membership enrollments and upselling services: Explaining how the monthly membership program works and the value to the customer Describe and offer other service offerings such as details, express services and gift cards Answering customer account questions while attending to all customer needs Operate the cash register, process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. This involves the use of electronic scanners and related equipment. Serve as a point of contact for customer complaints and facilitate a resolution when possible in a professional manner that is fair to the customer and consistent with company policy and guidelines. Continuously update knowledge on CCW’s products and service menu and associated pricing Additional responsibilities include: Crafting espresso and coffee orders to the standards set forth by CCW Keeping the coffee area and lobby clean and always organized Answering phones, scheduling appointments and handling customer account questions Develop customer relationships Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and regulations Requirements Must be comfortable working out doors Great smile! Professional appearance Sales experience preferred Exceptional communication skills Action oriented with a sense of urgency Willingness to assist in other departments Ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment Possess reliable transportation
