JOB OVERVIEW
Exjot Technology LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires a driven individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills to promote our digital marketing, web development, and app development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or technology services (minimum 2 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical services in simple terms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales platforms like LinkedIn and Apollo.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into loyal customers.
- Promote Exjot’s services, including digital marketing, social media management, SEO, website development, and app development.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential client segments.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of client projects.
