Who You Are You’re a customer-focused luxury retail professional who enjoys building relationships with customers. What You’ll Do Provide a world-class customer experience by greeting customers, building rapport, identifying their jewelry needs, and guiding them through a seamless purchase process. Continuously expand knowledge of fine jewelry, the Sarah O. brand, and internal processes to better serve our customers. Keep customers informed about relevant products, events, promotions, policies, and services. Maintain an organized and clean showroom and stockroom, assisting with event preparations, seasonal transitions, and new marketing campaigns. Ensure the showroom’s case displays are well-maintained by re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day, and communicate inventory levels to Sales Leadership. Assist with customer orders and repairs, respond to customer inquiries, and manage phone and email communication, as well as preparing order shipments. Consistently follow internal processes and procedures with accuracy. Foster positive working relationships across the company. Assist with Sales Team projects as needed. Take on other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of retail experience (luxury or fine jewelry experience preferred). Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Ability to remain flexible and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-starter who proactively seeks out projects and opportunities. Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration. Availability to work a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays, in line with traffic levels, seasonality, and company needs.
Responsibilities
