The expected base wage for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Responsibilities

The Shoe Sales Associate is responsible for owning the customer experience by sincerely greeting customers, building relationships, and utilizing brand knowledge to meet customer needs. Key duties include achieving sales goals, highlighting product knowledge and store services, processing POS transactions, assisting with fittings, and maintaining a clean department and stock room.
