The expected base wage for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. *Commission may vary by department. Responsibilities

The Shoe Sales Associate is responsible for owning the customer experience by sincerely greeting, building relationships, and utilizing brand knowledge to meet customer needs. Key duties include achieving individual sales goals, assisting customers with fittings, processing POS transactions, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing department and stock room.
