SALES ASSOCIATE (SOCIAL MEDIA FOCUS) – RACQUET VAULT

About Us Racquet Vault is a dedicated racquet sports store offering expert gear and personalized service for tennis, pickleball, squash, and badminton players. We’re building a passionate, knowledgeable team to support our in-store experience and grow our digital presence.
Job Description This dual-role blends customer service with digital content creation. You’ll work on the sales floor helping customers choose the best gear for their game—while also managing and growing Racquet Vault’s social media presence. It’s a great opportunity for someone who plays racquet sports and knows how to engage online.

Key Responsibilities Retail Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with racquet sport gear, apparel, and footwear
• Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and stock levels
• Process sales and returns via POS system
• Support inventory and online order fulfillment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Strong knowledge of racquet sports and related gear (tennis, pickleball, squash, etc.)
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and social content creation
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Comfortable on camera and with creating casual or professional content
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
  Educational Level High School diploma or equivalent
  Experience Level Entry to intermediate

SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Photograph new arrivals and highlight in-store promotions
• Write captions and schedule regular posts and stories
• Respond to comments and DMs professionally and promptly
• Monitor trends and suggest new ways to connect with the local racquet community
