As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

• Welcome and provide outstanding service to customers who visit our store.
• Demonstrate your expertise in fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Work closely with customers to determine their needs and answer questions about our products.
• Recommend other products to complement customers’ selections.
• Generate leads and close sales by going above and beyond for our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and maintain the store’s visually stunning appearance.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role, with experience in a luxury retail setting being a plus.
• Has a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Is proficient in English and has basic math and computer skills.
• Has a friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
• Is available to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
