HUGO BOSS is seeking Sales Associates to join the BOSS Store Quinta do Lago (40 hours per week); C.C Quinta do Lago, Loja 38, 8135-862 Almancil. 40 hours per week Long-term contract Profile specialized in womenswear sales Full-time position Previous experience as a Sales Associate in retail (luxury retail will be considered a plus) 3 to 5 years of experience in premium retail Highly motivated, proactive profile Fluent English (C1 level) What you can expect: Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity. Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets, as well as KPI indicators. Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions, including price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise. Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and within the agreed timeframes. Optimise product knowledge to recommend and draw customers’ attention to items in order to maximise sales opportunities. Your profile: Proven experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment. Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges. Consistently presents a professional image. Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities. Maintains a high level of professionalism in all circumstances. Fluent in English, C1 level.
