What You’ll Do;

We are recruiting Sales Associates to join our Team Sports Department within our store, In this role you will provide a brilliant customer experience by engaging our customers in authentic conversations and providing them with knowledgeable assistance in selecting and fitting the right product for their sports, accessory, and apparel needs.

  • Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Actively participate in our team tasks to deliver a full experience to our customers including store cleanliness, merchandising, and restocking of product and control of inventory.
  • Complete and attend all required online and team Product Knowledge training sessions.
