Vision: Spreading Happiness Mission: Creating Exceptional Experiences and Lasting Memories Values: Create WOWs, Embrace Change, Have Fun, Think, Build Relationships, Work Safe Work Smart, & We Before Me Perks & Benefits * Family-owned and operated since 1954 * Non-traditional retail and food service hours - Closed evenings and Sundays * Scheduling flexibility for work/life balance * 20% discount at all Kitchen Kettle Foods and Burnley Enterprise shops * Employee fun days * Learning and development opportunities What You’ll Do * Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting, and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service. * Remain on the sales floor 90% of the time-sharing product knowledge and use ideas in various positions within the shop including sample/demo areas. * Accurately handle all forms of money transactions and wrap/bag guest purchases. * Open and/or close registers as needed. * Price and set up merchandise displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales. * Obtain merchandise throughout the store, requested by guests. * Answer guest questions concerning location, price, and use of products. * Monitor and assist with periodic merchandise inventories. * Keep the shop and merchandise clean and orderly. * All other related duties as required and assigned.
