EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must have a passion for Natural Health and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques to enhance performance.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Engage with customers through effective communication.
• Must be able to continuously stand for certain periods of time on sales floor and cash register.
• Must have passion for Natural Health lifestyle and continuous learning.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to provide informed assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve a positive work environment.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Be flexible for any schedule changes, such as vacations, sick days, appointments, etc.
