SALES ASSOCIATE

Thule Group has approximately 2,400 employees at 8 production facilities and 35 sales offices worldwide. We employ 50+ staff at our site in Haverhill where we produce roof boxes and handle the European distribution of all Thule products, and 15+ staff between our two London stores.
We currently have an opening for talented and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our newly opening store in Kingston-upon-Thames.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

• Develop a thorough understanding of all products, including their fit, finishes, construction, and usage.
• Assist customers in the fitting of outdoor products, including vehicle attachments and outdoor bicycles.

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING

• Educated to minimum GCSE level

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least six months of experience in customer service and/or retail preferred.
• Experience in a hands-on roll desirable – manual handling and fitting of Thule products to customer vehicles are essential requirements for this role.
• Familiarity with retail operations, visual merchandising, and stock management is a plus.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Fluent in English

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring the store maintains a welcoming and organised environment.
