Role Summary We are looking for a creative and dynamic TikTok Live Selling Sales Associate to represent Smard Art and Inside Smard, a Black art brand celebrating Black excellence. In this role, you will host interactive live selling sessions on TikTok, showcase products in real time, and drive direct-to-consumer sales through engaging and persuasive on-camera presentations. This is a part-time, casual, on-call position that blends sales expertise, live performance, and digital content creation. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and execute engaging and high-conversion live selling sessions on TikTok. Host engaging and high-converting TikTok Live selling sessions Showcase art products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits Provide real-time demonstrations and answer viewer questions professionally Drive sales using compelling calls-to-action and limited-time offers Manage product accuracy and inventory information during live sessions Develop short-form TikTok content to support live promotions Stay current with TikTok trends and platform best practices Build community engagement through live interaction and conversation Handle customer service concerns during live sessions and direct post-sale inquiries appropriately Provide feedback on live performance and suggest improvements Maintain a consistent brand voice and represent company values professionally Sustain a positive and energetic on-camera presence Stand for extended periods during live sessions when required Qualification Previous experience in customer-facing sales required Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet targets Strong understanding of TikTok culture and live selling dynamics Comfortable and confident speaking on camera to live audiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and retain an online audience Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable Flexible availability between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM Immediate availability preferred Employment Details Part-time casual role On-call scheduling No guaranteed hours Opportunity for expanded hours or full-time employment based on performance Location Gatineau, Quebec Employment Type Part-Time Minimum Experience Experienced Compensation 18 - 20
