About the Role Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for every visitor. You will take time to understand our customers, from curious children to discerning collectors, combining the Art of Selling with strong product knowledge to meet sales targets and build lasting relationships. Each day will bring something new. You will work with autonomy while ensuring high visual merchandising standards, maintaining stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme, and encouraging customer feedback through our surveys. This position is a fixed‑term, one‑year contract commencing in August 2026. About You You are an accomplished retail professional with a bubbly, theatrical, and playful personality that brings a sense of wonder to the Toys department. You know how to create moments of delight while maintaining the refined service standards expected in a world class luxury environment.
