Roles & Responsibilities

1. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking and online research.
2. Assist in reaching out to prospective clients and scheduling meetings.
3. Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
4. Update and manage client information using CRM software.
5. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
6. Conduct market research on the Indian and UAE financial markets.
7. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
8. Learn about financial products and services to confidently communicate with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
2. Strong interest in sales, finance and business development.
3. Good understanding of the Indian and UAE markets is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Confident speaking over the phone and interacting with clients.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
7. Self motivated, eager to learn and target-driven.
8. Fluency in English is required, Hindi or other Indian languages are an advantage.
