About the role Reports to VP of Advisor Engagement The Business Development Sales Role is a key driver of growth at Triad Partners, responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified financial advisors to join our organization. This role requires expertise in cold calling, relationship building, and guiding prospects through our sales process to ensure a seamless and impactful experience. What you'll do Prospecting & Relationship Building Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, texting, email campaigns, Facebook, and LinkedIn messaging. Warm Outreach: Engage and nurture inbound leads, converting them into opportunities. Relationship Building: Articulate Triad’s value proposition, share impactful member stories, and provide tailored ideas to prospects that showcase Triad’s unique benefits. Appointment Setting: Inspire qualified advisors to book discovery calls with the Director of New Member Outreach. Lead Tracking & Qualification CRM Management: Maintain comprehensive, accurate notes in the CRM, capturing each prospect’s pain points, opportunities, and practice details. Master Sheet Oversight: Update and track the progress of prospects in the sales process, ensuring no lead is overlooked. Lead Generation: Research and identify new qualified prospects, adding them to the master sheet and continuously updating their status. Lead Qualification: Engage and qualify prospects, removing those who do not align with Triad’s criteria. Qualifications Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably within a sales or recruiting role. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with clients or prospects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking systems. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
