Description

TUMI Sales Associate
Responsible for creating a positive customer experience, building relationships and driving sales within the TUMI retail environment.
You are expected to have a strong understanding of the luxury travel, fashion and life style market, and be passionate about TUMI products. Minimum of 2 years retail-sales experience.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Customer service: provide excellent customer service, offering advise and demonstrating products and ensuring a friendly-shopping experience.
  • Sales: maximising sales through detailed product knowledge, add-on sales, and awareness of sales promotions and incentives.
  • Product knowledge: be knowledgeable about store layout, products and stock availability.
  • Stock management: processed deliveries, maintain stockroom order and assist with stock-counts.
  • Team work: collaborate with colleagues, support training and development, and build strong partnerships.
  • Sales targets: be aware of sales figures, targets, and bonuses, and work to achieve them.
  • Maintenance: maintain high standards of store cleanliness and store appearance.
  • Administrative tasks: handle phone enquiries, communicate with management and assist with personal administration.
