SUMMARY
VINCE, a leader in luxury women’s and men’s contemporary apparel, is seeking dynamic, customer-focused Part-Time and Full-Time Sales Associates for our London stores. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and building meaningful relationships with our customers. We’re looking for high-energy, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for fashion and providing exceptional service. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored recommendations, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience.
You will also be responsible for continuing client engagement beyond the initial transaction, capturing key customer information, and following up through phone, email, and written communication. Additionally, you’ll help maintain the store’s visual and housekeeping standards, ensuring the store always looks its best. Proficiency in operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and email communication tools is required.
