We bring our ideology to life through our people, and we are currently looking for Part-Time Sales Associates.
VIP Sales Associates are an amazing mix of product specialists, customer service superstars and brand ambassadors. They are creative and service driven individuals, who have a passion for the vape and cannabis culture and provide a unique shopping experience for any type of customers. As the first point of contact for our guest, our they will set the tone in delivering a world class guest experience through engagement, industry expertise and authentic relationship building by efficiently directing customer to their desired product, experience and price point.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

  • Able to lift and carry 20 lbs.
  • Sound knowledge of various vaping products.
  • Successfully provide a criminal background check.
  • Knowledge of Provincial and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to retail Vape
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Able to do audits on a timely manner and if there are some discrepancies appropriate person should be reported.
  • Organize and clean the storage room.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Able to work evenings, holidays and weekends. All evening shifts during the week.
  • Needs to have a car.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Check government issued ID of customers upon entry to the store.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
  • Provide accurate and knowledgeable product information based on formal and informal ongoing learning.
  • Convert customer needs into sales, meeting and exceeding individual and company sales targets
  • Create an engaging and welcoming environment within the store and cultivate meaningful relationships through trust and rapport with our guests to drive return business.
  • Continually promote our brand and be a positive representative of the vape industry.
  • Support the upkeep and cleanliness of our space in a way that propels our brand and standard
  • Effectively utilize a cannabis compliant POS system and cash register
  • Comply and maintain all required training and certifications required by Provincial and Federal law
