OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Sales Associate with Food Services to join our team at one of our retail locations featuring Doña Tota, a beloved brand known for its authentic Mexican flavors and freshly prepared gorditas. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help prepare and serve freshly made Doña Tota products while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll play a key role in blending OXXO USA’s convenience excellence with Doña Tota’s rich culinary tradition—bringing authentic, flavorful meals to our customers every day. As part of the OXXO USA team, you’ll help uphold these high standards and ensure that every customer experiences the authentic flavors and hospitality that makes Doña Tota special. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare, cook, and assemble Doña Tota menu items, including gorditas and other fresh food offerings, following company recipes and quality standards. * Ensure all food items are made fresh, properly handled, and consistently presented throughout the day. * Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, answering product questions, and ensuring satisfaction. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas. * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines in compliance with health regulations and company policies. * Assist with restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and rotating products to maintain freshness. * Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently. * Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and inviting. * Promote the Doña Tota brand by sharing enthusiasm for authentic Mexican food and providing a great experience for every guest.
