SALES ASSOCIATE FOR THE LEGO HOUSE STORE

We’re looking for a full-time (37 hours/week) Sales Associate with a strong focus on warehouse operations to join the LEGO House Store team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and organized, supporting a smooth and efficient guest experience from behind the scenes — and occasionally on the floor.

Responsibilities
  • Managing warehouse tasks such as restocking, unpacking deliveries, and keeping storage areas organized.
  • Optimizing warehouse workflows to ensure efficient goods handling and replenishment.
  • Coordinating with external partners to secure timely deliveries and manage product transitions.
  • Ensuring the store is always stocked and guest-ready.
  • Providing support on the shop floor during high-traffic periods.
  • Assisting in onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Supporting the Leader Team with daily operational needs.
    With high visitor numbers during weekends, holidays and peak seasons, you’ll be expected to work regular shifts during these periods – including every third weekend.
